Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the session
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 72 hours before our scheduled session and I will be happy to move your date.
I am always understanding of emergency situations, so please reach out to me directly if something unexpected comes up, and we will find a solution together.
If the weather isn't great for your outdoor photoshoot, we can easily reschedule it for another date. Your comfort and the quality of your photos are my top priorities, so don't worry!
On-time Arrival
To make the most of our time together, I kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early. This helps us meet up, get settled and start your session feeling relaxed and prepared!
I understand that unexpected things can happen, so I allow for a 15-minute grace period. I truly value your time and I always arrive early to ensure everything is ready for you. I kindly ask that you respect my time in return.
For outdoor sessions: If you arrive within those 15 minutes, we can usually extend the session slightly to ensure you get your full time.However, as I may have other bookings, I cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive more than 15 minutes late
For studio sessions: Please keep in mind that studios are booked in tight blocks, and there may be other sessions scheduled right after ours. In this case, any late arrival will unfortunately be deducted from your total shooting time.
No-Shows: Please note that if you do not arrive for your session without prior 72h notice, the deposit is non-refundable
I understand that unexpected life emergencies can happen. If a true emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible, and we will discuss how we can handle the situation
Photo Delivery & Editing Policy
Your photos will be delivered within 10–14 days in my signature editing style.
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are familiar with my artistic editing style.
Please note that while I maintain a consistent look, my editing may vary slightly depending on the lighting conditions, weather and the specific environment of our session.
My editing process is final. I do not provide raw files or offer re-editing once the gallery is delivered.
However, I want you to love your photos, so if you have any specific requests regarding the mood or style, please share them with me before the shoot. I’m always happy to discuss your vision to ensure we’re on the same page!
My editing style focuses on a clean, timeless look, where I retouch skin imperfections and remove distracting objects from the frame. Please note that I do not provide heavy body contouring, hair styling or major digital alterations. My goal is to capture you at your best, naturally and authentically.
